Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your skin and your results, but if a product isn't the right fit for your routine, we offer a 30-day return window for all Dr Sam's skincare. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the skincare products in their original boxes and secure them in a mailing envelope or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
